Panko/Parmesan Encrusted Chcken Sandwich

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to an even thickness. seasoned then dredged in flour, egg, and Panko crumbs mixed with some Parmesan cheese. Left two whole and sliced the other two into strips/nuggets then on the grill till 165 internal

Toasted a french loaf and made a sandwich with the two big pieces. Lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, and BBQ sauce

Also made some ham and split pea soup.

Damn V that looks good, did you just straight up grill it? I have not had any real food in a week or two. need to get some here shortly. Then I am going to show all of you up! :p

Yeah I know bold statement lol....
 
Man, I have done that in the oven but never thought of the grill! I got here just in time...Probably going to need to get bigger pants though..some real good looking stuff here!
