First things first...introducing the 2031 starting shortstop for the Boston Red Sox, Campbell Cash.

Now back to the grilling... Wings brined in water, cider vinegar, salt, a little sugar and old bay and then rubbed with old bay.

On...brushed with old bay butter every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.

Off. Mayo, sour cream and Franks hot sauce dip.

Not an old bay fan, but I am now a red sox fan! Fantastic pix!

How about a pic of the SS eat'n some wings?

Speak'n of old bay, when are you gonna steam up some blue crab? Are you close enough to get good, fresh crab?



jeez, east coasters eat'n wings instead of crab......bout as bad as an alaskan eat'n beef! :D ;)
 
I hope that Jb is not looking but I enjoy old bay on wings cooked in the oven. They have to be crispy to be good

And the wings looked very tasty, Old Bay..... Great idea :D

Oh, and we eat beef here because sometimes we just need a little change from all that salmon, halibut, crab, prawns, venison, moose..... ;)
