Costco had some 1-1/2" thk strips steaks- Did a reverse sear, with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grilled some eggplant, and baked tater-

Oh ya. If u throw some wood chunks on the coals it gets nice smoke flavor to it.
The only way I cook steaks anymore.
 
Wow that is some good looking beef. Ain't seen marbling on strips like that since the hawgs ate my little brudder back in 56. That the tough side of a T Bone ya know? Would have hated to have to eat the loin side. lol
