1. Start with 3lbs of ground beef if ya' wanna make 5 patties..... 80/20 to be sure!! That way thay'R both big and tasty.

2. Uz grandmaster grillin' skillz and don't burn the damn things:
(don't screw it up!)

3.Perfectly melt at least 2 pieces of cheese onto each patty:

4. Place onto an oversize bun because these dang boogaz' are kinda big!!

5. My favorite step.....take the hugest "Man-vs-Food" bite you can......and enjoy!!!

Honestly, my all time favorite burger is just a grilled burger with cheese on a bun ! Nice job and great pictures !
 
Very nice looking burgers!!!! I made some burgers last night and came to the conclusion that we need to eat burgers more often, they turned out great.
