We just had to get out hot dog fix in tonight but decided to deviate a little from the norm on this cook...Chili cheese dog pizza.

Nathans' dogs getting a head start (exciting, huh?)

Pizzas ready. Mine & my wife's; hot dog chili as the sauce, the dogs and a mexi-cheese blend on the left. My daughter's; traditional sauce with peperoni and cheese on the right.

Pretty dag gone good but I must admit, the kid's traditional was better.

Thanks for looking!!

Wow now that is impressive. Have to give that a try using french bread. Sure some of us stay way too busy to mess with making pizzer dough. Or hey guess a person could just use a hot dawg bun. This place really generates some brilliant idears. Thanks.

Get a piece of unfilled, unfinished travertine from Home Depot. Probably cost you $5. Works EXACTLEY the same as a $100 pizza stone. I've been using one for a few years now.

Great tip on the floor tile. I went and bought one to go in the bottom of one of my electric smokers which I aint used yet. Supposed to help stabilize the heat a bit.
