Every Thanksgiving and Christmas I load the trailer with the Chaney and or the Smoker for the holiday cook. The day after, I always cook for the whole family my favorite meal, steak of any kind, grilled corn and a potato. It’s become a bit of a tradition now and people just show up knowing it’s going to happen. Here is last night’s cook.

Thems were between 14-18 oz each so we fed about 20 of the extended family. There is only about 3 of us that put back a whole steak. I know I know go fugure?

In my neck of the woods, the only thing harder to find than New Yorks on sale is good corn in November. Looks awesome!
