Nachos

Started with a packaged of ground turkey cooked, some leftover pinto beans, and some taco seasoning

Added some water and then let it cook down and smashed the beans a bit with a slotted spoon while it was cooking.

Added some tortilla chips to a pizza pan, topped them with the meat/beans

then topped with some shredded cheese and then took it off of the grill when the cheese melted. Then it was a free for all!

Topped mine with sour cream, salsa, avocado, Sriracha sauce

The aftermath

Looked great John. Too bad you have no left overs. Then again I never had good left over nachos.
