Another meal that could have been made in the house but what fun is that.

Some ground turkey cooked up with some taco seasoning mixed in.

Added a can of pinto beans then smashed them in the pan with a potato masher to break them up a bit. Once all the liquid evaporated I called it done.

Placed some tortilla chips on a pan and put them on the grill to warm them up and crisp them up a little

Bean and meat mixture applied

Some homemade pico de gallo and sour cream added.

Made some nacho cheese sauce by making a roux, added some pepper jack cheese, and Tapatio hot sauce, Added some more pico de gallo on top of the whole mess and called it done. No plated pics tonights dinner was served free for all!!
