Got this 1 recipe from the Weber web site. I'll post it in the recipe section. The short ribs were marinated in Lawrys Steak & Chop Marinade. I used it in Hawaii and really liked the taste it adds. I marinated the short ribs all afternoon. I threw them on the grill and seared them on both sides then threw them back into the marinade which I added beer and Peter Luger steak sauce. Threw the dish on to the grill and braised them sort of for about 1/2 - 3/4 hour. Threw them back on to the grill with the shrimp and 10 minutes later we were eating.

Those do look good! :)

You guys probably already know about this, but I was just thinking that when I use bamboo skewers and pull them out blunt end first, I have to watch for long, fine slivers of bamboo -- but if I pulled them out sharp end first, that probably wouldn't happen.

What kind of dish did you use for the grill, and what temp?
