My favorite cut of beef..........ahh

Picked up a 2lb sirloin from Wegmans yesterday, cut it in half and cut the small piece of flap off for my daughter so she could have her own little steak. Also cut some fat off for the dogs, I'm such a good daddy! LOL Seasoned steaks with S&P.

Also did some scallops drizzled with oil and Wolfe Rub Citrus and let marinate for about an hour and sliced red onion and pepper with oil and seasoned with S&P. And of course the usual sweets and russet potato.

Well that Cappy is a pretty smart fellow ya know! Wish I had the time to stop by, but the trip down was real fast! Left Friday night and drove to Baltimore, then Saturday had to make it to my BIL! Then some business and then there was little time for the vacation part of the trip! I was gonna skip Ocean City and go to a place in Delaware instead, but took your advice and did the Ocean City thing instead. Wise choice!
