This new place moved into my town called the Meat House. Way overpriced but I figured I'd give em a try. This piece of Rib Eye was $17.99 a lb. My local mom and pop butcher shop has the same cut for $13.99. Both are choice and aged but this one didn't come close to my $13.99er. It was good but I'm sticken to my usual. On Thursdays the wife and kids are away. Sat by the grill listining to Bill Monroe with a cold draft while the taters were roasting. The steak was rubbed with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and lots of Pepper. Enjoyed the meal while watching my favorite movie. Big Bry's BBQ. You can get it on Net Flix but some dude put the whole movie on YouTube in 6 parts.
