Here’s some pics of more grilling I did. The first is from last Friday, I was home alone and really wanted some meat so I found this roast for a whopping $4.34. I seasoned it with Montreal Steak rub and Lowery’s, grilled it over Kford comp and mesquite. I also cooked up a baked tater loaded with butter, cheese and crisp bacon.
The roast I bought.
Seasoned and ready for grilling.
Just off the grill and resting.
Sliced and ready for eating.
My plate.
Next up is from last Sunday, I grilled up some jerk marinated chicken thighs, corn and a really good pasta salad my wife made. I also tossed on a onion wrapped in foil with butter and WRB.
The Chicken, corn and onion on the grill.
Dinner is ready.
My plate.
Lastly, from last night we cooked bbq pizza. My wife made chicken and cooked hers in the oven. Mine was pulled pork and chicken. Both had a little pizza sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s, red onion, cilantro then a major helping of cheese. For a little heat I added some red pepper flakes. In the end the pizza cooked on the grill was the winner. I think it’s because I don’t scrub my grill grates that much so the pizza picked up a lot of grill flavor and the crust came out nice and crispy.
The pizza’s ready for cooking.
Just out of the oven and off the grill.
Ready for eating.
