More Burgers

Last Saturday I pulled some of the burgers I had ground up out of the freezer and we made bacon burgers with green chilies and smoked gouda cheese. We also cut up some potatoes, red peppers and onion, added some salt and pepper with a big glob of butter on top then cooked it in foil on the grill. I also added a picture of my boy who decided it was a good idea to try a back flip from one trampoline to another at a buddies house. As you can see by the picture the outcome was not good. He ended up going into surgery and now has 30+ staples, a plate and 4 screws in his arm with months of PT to follow.

The food looks great, the boy not so much. Our son was a soccer goalkeeper and a gymnast (high bar and p-bars specialist), so I sympathize. Hang in there, dad.

Great looking meal - potatoes, peppers and onions get eaten round here regularly (with a fried egg on top for breakfast)

Great chow. BTW I have many injures due to the " hold my beer, watch this " Hope the boy holds up enough to heal and go for another stunt. Ya know he will! Sometimes the apple don't fall far from the tree!

Toby that's some good looking (anything-but.) hint, hint. Now if you put that bacon-burger on a bagle your son could put it on his thumb and eat, cuz that looks like a two fisted burger,.
Good luck to you Toby JR.

Sure sorry to hear of the youthful mishap. We have escaped any serious childhood injuries on the trampoline we got (knock on wood). Will be praying for a speedy and uncomplicated recovery for the young man. Burgers look great.
