Moms Day Meal 08

I work nights so our Sunday celebration meal is typically lunch not dinner…so for mothers day…Steak, Scallops, Cajun Chicken Turds, Grilled Onions, Shrooms, Asparagus, Stuffed Tomatoes and Garlic Bread…
The Cajun Chicken turds came out great…I cut a Y in them and then filled them with Blue Cheese…hit them with some Cajun rub…then rolled them in Bacon and hit that with some Slap your Mama…after they were prepped is was back in the fridge to firm up….I used the edge of the grill (indirect heat) to firm up the bacon….

There was a couple of rabbits running around the yard as well

I cook pretty good for Mom on her day, but you got me beat.

Great grub.

Rabbits you start direct and finish indirect, right?

Nice meal for Mother's Day. Happy M.D., Lynn.

Great looking spread Dave. You must love your mom a bunch.

Those look like big fat rabbits. They would take at least four hours to get to 180.
