So mom came over for her Bday and wanted me to grill a bunch of stuff for her. We did steaks (1 ribeye, 1 strip, 1 porterhouse), squash, zuccini, onion, asparagus, shrimp, a little orange bellpepper, and some portabellas. It came out nice...she was happy!

A few days later, on saturday dad and I did some ribs & chicken(not on UDS...working on firepan):

wife said the chicken was awesome...thats all you can ask for. That is squash casserole in the back and it rocked face...I think the metric ton of butter in it was the secret.

Grilled asparagus steaks and other veges are all great choices to serve mom & Dad. I'll be your daddy too if you serve that! LOL
