Today is my Mother-In-Law's birthday so we had her over for a birthday dinner. Meat & potatoes were on the menu.

NY Strips for the ladies, a bone in ribeye for the lord of the manor :D. Planked yukons drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with Penzy's Northwoods.

Do you precook the asparagus a little first before you wrap them?

My wife made those and didn't precook them. Just wrap in cheese and prosciutto and into 450 oven for 15 minutes.

Great looking meal. I am going to have to do that prociutto wrapped asparagus.
