Memorial Day Weekend - Cooked all weekend :-)

It has been a while since i posted any food. Not that I do not cook that often as I do, often 6 nights a week. But this weekend we had great weather and got out in the yard and cooked. This is not everything as sometimes the desire to drink beer out weighted the desire to take pictures. We started with burgers for the kids.

Steak for the adults

And some spuds

Eating late but eating all the same

Henry face planted off the swing but after some hosing off he felt better although he now has a big knot and bruise on his head.

Memorial Day Ribs, Kabobs, Mushrooms and Corn

The grill was looking and smelling good!

Pork Ribs. A bit over cooked and I blame Pabst.

Did not get any decent plate shots as I was afraid I would loose a finger but once the dust settled it was very quiet for a while.

Re: Memorial Day Weekend - Cooked all weekend :-)

Thanks every one. We had perfect weather, hot and dry. Tall PBRs were tasting good on Sunday, that is for sure.
