Meatballs and Gravy

Saw a BBQ Pit Boys video doing some meatballs and gravy and wanted to try it out.

Meatballs on the grill. added a chunk of red oak for smoke

Meatballs done.

Smashed potatoes and meatballs smothered in gravy. Some left over pulled pork and collard greens as a side. Made a great plate of comfort food.

Made some ABT's yesterday. Cream cheese and feta cheese topped with some Slap ya Mama seasoning. They went fast.

Re: Meatballs and Gravy

A good variation, and my favorites eats at the moment, instead of gravy I use my favorite BBQ sauce. When meat balls are done, I cover in sauce, bring to simmer and cut heat. I let sit in sauce a couple hours. Then serve over mashed taters, YUMMMMMMY!!!! Your meat balls look very, very good!
