Meatballs with a mixture of 2/3 ground beef and 1/3 sausage, dehydrated onion, seasoning salt, CBP, granulated garlic powder, eggs, red pepper flakes and some oat bran. Thought I had some bread crumbs but cupboard yielded nada so oat bran it was.

Browning a couple of sides in a CI skillet.

Moved them indirect to finish cooking

some meatballs in some pizza sauce heated on the grill and reducing a little bit to thicken it.

Meatballs in a french baguette with some Mozzarella cheese.

Ahhh man..them is the finest looking Sicilian type meatball sandwiches which has been spotted in these parts in years. Fine job!! If a person does it right the eaters will need a shower to get cleaned up after eating:)

The only thing that would have made that better is if I HAD ONE! Holy Grilled Meatball Subs Batman!!!!!!!
 
Damn does that look good. I really like brussel sprouts too.
 
Nice! A little red, a little green. Very Christmassy. Or should I say Christmas-tasty (rim-shot please).
