Meatball Sandwich

Made 4 dozen meatballs using ground beef and turkey


Threw some tater tots on the grill, sauteed some onions and peppers and took some of the meatballs and marinated them in some pizza sauce.


Hollowed out a loaf of French bread and added the meatballs, onions, peppers, and topped with some Mozzarella cheese




My plate, added some sauteed brussel sprouts I did real quick in the wok.
