I cooked three chickens today for the rest of the week. One was used for chicken salad (Salt & Pepper rub), one was used in a Soup for tonight's dinner (Blue Moon Marinade/ Rub), and one will be used in salads throughout the week. (Jerk Marinade)

Thank you sir! Been doing this for a little less than a year! I've made great strides, but still have a lot to learn!
 
Super Good Toby! My buddy that works out (and normally doesn't eat pork) couldn't stop eating them! Lol!
