My son works for a large tire warehouse. Sometimes I cook something for him and his coworkers for lunch. I like doing it and they really appreciate it. Today I'm doing grilled chicken thighes useing my own seasoning and sauce.I built an oak fire in my fire pit/grill. I let that burn down to a nice bed of coals an used some pecan for smoke.I added a couple a links of smoked sauage and some Richards boudin. I also cooked up about three cups of Richards dirty rice ( no Pic), and added Two loaves of garlic bread. They left nothing but the bones. Enjoy the pics.

WOW..............that sums that cook up! Your son/coworkers are some lucky folks!!!
