I've got some (6) friends coming over this evening for some rib steaks. I can do 'em on the kettle with Kingsford like I've been doing for 20 years or I could be daring. Two weeks ago I saw some Milazzo Qik Joe Lump Charcoal at the local True Value and bought a 20 lb. bag. I'd like to try out the lump. This would be my first lump experience. I understand you get a better sear. Will one chimney be enough or more? How long will it last? Any other advice?

One chimney should be more than enough. I just finished grilling some pinwheel steaks. Didn't burn through half the lump! I'll save the rest for another cook.
