Cooked this London Broil using the RSM, "Finney Method". Rubbed down with worcestershire and heavily with Wolfe Rub Bold. Cooked indirect at 250* for 45 minute until the internal temp hit 100* then seared and pulled at 125*. We also had marinated mushrooms, red onion, sweet potato and lots of horseradish. PDG dinner.

 
That looks fine Larry. Is that a flank steak? I can't quite tell with the rub on it

Top round steak JB. But a true London Broil is a flank steak.
