Lemon Pepper thighs, risotto, & spinach/greens salad

I did the BBQ, wife did the salad/Risotto (mushrooms & sun-dried tomatoes), son did most of the eating. :)

Thanks, guys...I was pleased, my first time making lemon-pepper chicken at home, believe it or not, and it did taste very good - my son had a late evening snack of another thigh and also took one to school as a part of his lunch, so clearly he was happy. :)

No credit to me for the seasoning (other than choosing it) - I used a Safeway brand lemon pepper rub on four of the thighs, and the Weber Zesty Lemon on the other four, and both versions tasted very good - Weber rub was a little more complex and added a touch of heat.
