Leftovers......my favorite ingredient!

What to do with left over kabob meat and veggies.......I diced all the leftovers from last nights kabobs, put inside 2 flour tortillas and topped with swiss cheese (all I had)...the only thing missing was a nice mariana sauce.

That looks great! I do leftovers all week long for lunch and my wife and daughter take theres as wraps, I'm a sammie kind of guy! If you had a marinara sauce, you wouldn't have put the swiss cheese on it would you?

Sure, since that's the only cheese I had and the thing would have fallen apart without the cheese.
 
Looks great Larry. In Texas think that combo would be called a Quesadillio (sic) or similar. Hey this just gave me a brilliant idear on whut to do with the remnants of a leftover pork loin. Thanks.

The ol' "throw it in a tortilla cause theres nuthin else to eat trick!" I,ve lived on that diet before...but I never threw in any ramen. ;)

I do believe Scotty DaQ has done that......I could be wrong though!
 
Well if they cooked propaly by a large coolaed Mamacita who knows whuts whut and served hot...no lefteovers needed..just pass the butter and salt. Problemo is finding any good ones. The flour torts in the Mexican joints and grocery stores is generally a joke.
