Leftovers = Frittata on the Grill

Diced up some leftover sirloin and roasted yellow pepper from Friday night along with some canned mushrooms, garlic, oregano, basil and 5 eggs. Cooked over direct heat for about 2 minutes, then finished indirect and added Mexi Cheese during the last 5 minutes. While the frittata was cooking I picked a nice ripe tomato to have along with breakfast!

While I had the grill going I added a chunk of hickory and 3 marrow bones for Otis and Daisy to gnaw on later.

That looks really, really good Larry. I've never made a Fritatta before, I'm gonna need to try it soon. Glad to see you had your helper with you.
