Lamb Loin Chops

Marinated overnight in some EVOO, lemon juice, 4 cloves of crushed garlic,Italian seasoning and some S & P.

Seared.

Moved them indirect to finish cooking but forgot to take a pic. Here they are resting, cooked med rare

Plated with a Greek salad and some creamed spinach.

Thanks for looking!!!! Was never much of a fan of lamb but am starting to get a taste for it now.

Lamb chops look great. I like lamb chops a lot but my wife doesn't care for them that much.
