Ron........EXCELLENT PIES FO SHO! Glad to see you around again, don't be a stranger!!! I'll take a piece or three from each pie!

I use this one Nick.
1 (1/4 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 1/2-3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Works every time. Bread maker we have has a setting for Pizza dough. Just chuck ingredients in and push the button. Great looking pizza there Ron.

You guys would freak over this recipe. It's a glop.

300 grams bread flower
275 grams water
7 grams yeast
7 grams salt
11 grams olive oil
sprinkle of fresh herbs

Mix for 2 minutes and let rest for 5.

Turn the mixer up to high and get help holding it on the counter until it looks like your trying to make rubber bands and it tries to climb up the paddle. Screw the hook, use the paddle.

Let rise for 4 hours then shape. Top it and let it rest for 1 more hour and cook at 500 for 14 minutes or until you like the color.

I like to use parchment paper and you will char the edges of the paper but the part the pizza is resting on will be fine.

Those are some serious good eats! That first one is a masterpiece.

Very nice. Pizza on the grill is one of my favorites. I usually use a pizza pan and then slide it off onto the grill for the last few minutes to get it nice and crispy.
