Nothing too crazy tonight. Some Juicy Lucys stuffed with fresh mozzarella and some corn on the cob.

Ready to go. Campbell won't eat the corn if it has any char on it so her's gets shucked and wrapped in foil.

On. The corn had already been on, indirect for 15 minutes or so.

Off. Campbell didn't want her's stuffed so she got a plain ol' American cheese burger.

Plated. Leigh-Ann brought home some pretty decent tomatoes for this time of year so they got sliced up and plopped on top. She also made a garlic, basil mayo that was awesome as a condiment on the burgers.

Good looking burgers! I've always wanted to try fixing a burger that way.
Yea.....I was thinking the same thing. I feel inspired to make my first juicy lucys the next time I grill burgers.
