Jambalaya That Started on My Traeger Grill

Well, this wasn't exactly ay my house but it feels like it is sometimes with the amount of time I spend there.
On a side note:
Today ABC 26 News came out and did a lil story on our St. Joseph Altar preparations , mainly the cookies we are making.
Here is the Link: http://www.abc26.com/videobeta/63f92ca7 ... Preps-3-06
No, I'm not on camera as I was busy trying to avoid it and getting the kitchen cleaned so we could to go home. I am exhausted today!

Back to the food!

It's a good thing I planned for a big lunch crowd today. We had something 75 volunteers come out today to help with making fig cookies.

Lunch Today:

Wanna see my thighs? ;D I grilled these 12 lbs of boneless/skinless thighs last night for todays jambalaya.

This is what I call the Soup of the jambalaya. Notice that it is a sort of big pot.

The "Big Pot" and burner

The Jambalaya

15 lbs of potatoes made this huge bowl of potato salad

A serving of jambalaya, corn, potato salad and garlic bread.

Re: Jambalaya That Started on My Traeger Grill

The jambalaya looks very good. Any chance of giving us the recipe for a scaled down home version? I've never made jambalaya and would like to give it a crack.
