Jalapeno Jucy Lucy's

This was a cook from a couple weeks ago that I'm finally getting around to posting.

Started out with a bag of frozen steak fries seasoned with Slap Ya Momma.

While the fries were cooking I prepared the Jucy Lucy's. My daughter opted to NOT try the jalapenos.

Nicely formed 1/2 lb burgers seasoned with S&P.

Onto the Smokey Joe.

4 minutes later, ready for the flip.

Little Mayo on the bun and it's time to eat.

Don if u like the taste of them roast them first. That way u get the taste with a lot less heat.
