Yesterday my wife was recovering from miner surgery. So it was up to me and the kids to come up with a healthy, well balanced, with all the right fibers filled dinner:

CHEESEBURGERS

I used Smokey Al's , de pointed bell peper, garlic and pimento de la verda together with pepper, salt, ketchup and worchestersaus

Fresh preparred from the butcher a kilo (a bit over 2 lbs) beef for 8 nice patty's:

Then time to go outside:

Oh, yeah, forgot about those...
An alum.. webertray, a stick of butter melted with worchestersaus. Then 2 unions, sliced in rings, and set + forget fot at least 15 minutes...
