Nick I used pepper free Adobo which is mainly salt, garlic and onion powder,
added my own fresh ground pepper, and a little Prudhomme steak blackening,
which I wish I'd left out. a little overpowering, and not necessary
 
Sweeeeeeeet, that may make it on my menu this weekend! Been craving a brisket, but this may win.....
