Had company for dinner and made it a pizza party with make-it-yourself pies. Ended up with one pork bbq, one greek, one pepperoni, three misc Italian. Oiled and cooked the crust about 3 minutes, flipped and cooked one minute on medium direct heat – just to set it. Topped and returned to grill over low heat and cooked until crust was nicely browned and cheese was melted

On the grill

Finished and ready to eat, the one with lettuce and feta is the greek

Have two obvious cheese lovers. The grill provides enough of a unique flavor to never want to oven bake again

Looks great BD. For some reason we've never tried pizza on the grill, we always cook it in the oven, now I gotta try this. Those pies look fantastic.

It's real easy and we're driven to not add extra heat to the house by using the oven.
