Premade some meatballs for Sundays game. Used 2 lbs ground 80/20, 1.5 pounds ground pork, 1 lb ground chicken, couldn't find veal, 2 eggs, Italian Seasoning, garlic, Italian bread crumbs salt and pepper. Tomorrow they will swim in some marinara sauce and be used for meatball subs



 
The Loins! Wait, oh yeah forgot about the lying refs used in the last game they played......

Good look grub there John. Should try wrapping them in bacon next time, those are freaking amazing.....

Here is a pic, they are not done, but I think you get the jist of it.
