Indirect Grilling

I have a Silver B...is the proper indirect grilling method with the meat in the center with that burner off and the front and back ones on high?

Yup! Maybe don't need both front and rear on high, depends what temp. your trying to maintain. I try to maintain 300* temp for indirect grilling. Also, if you don't put a pan under your food at indirect, when your finsihed cooking, light all burners to high and let it rip to burn off all the fat drippings!
