I wish it was last night again!

Did these last night fo dinner. You cant really tell but it is Leaf or Romain lettuce and I filled 1 leaf like a taco shell with Reverse Seared Top Sirloin strips ( Prime Grade...mmmmm ) and Blue Cheese. Man it is/was killer.....You can add what you want to these - they taste great! Im a huge Blue Cheese fan so I only added cheese cuz the wife was bit*c*n to "quit taken pictures and cut the steak!"

She got the tomato for her steak salad.

Big fan of blue cheese myself. My wife won't eat it so I guess she would have to order out. The steak looks awesome.

If you like blue cheese you should try out Gorganzola. Has a similar flavor.
