I went freezer diving....

And found a top round steak......seasoned with worcestershire, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Did a reverse sear until 105º, then did a quick sear. My wife made broccoli salad, pretty good meal even though Miller Lite caused me to over cook the meat.... :rolleyes:

Larry, I find that when the beer forces you to over cook, it's best to drink more. :shock: The more cooked you get, the less you will care about the meat being overcooked! :oops: If you need to dispose of the over cooked meat, just send it here, I know just the place to dispose of it! :LOL:

Doesn't look over cooked to me. Those new grates leave some killer grill marks huh? 8)
