Man what a day. Been in meetings since 0600 and didn't let up till 1700. Sucks.
The Baby had shrimps thawed, peeled, and ready when I got home so it was FUTG!
Two racks coated with Citrus Seasoning from 'The Club' and one rack for me with some home made chilli seasoning. Took some Negro and Ancho dried peppers and first(days ago) blended them down to a smaller size, then hit em in the spice grinder, then mashed em in the pestol. Coated with a little oil and S&P then coated with the chillies. Low racked the Primo at 400 till done, about 6 minutes.
