Nice cookin', the good thing about grilling in this kind of environment is that you learn to do your business quickly. If you are going to flip the meat, you run outside and flip as quick as you can and run back inside where it is warm. There is no poking at the meat and thinking "Is it ready to turn? Well, maybe another 30 seconds or so." Also JB if you cook outside like this, you don't need the little sleeve for your "pops". :LOL:
