Pulled some yardbird out of the freezer for grilling then realized I had nothing to marinate it in. I opened the fridge and found a bottle of some kind of Asian salad dressing, it had ginger, soy and other stuff in it so I used it. Not bad at all. I also grilled up some corn and we had a nice green salad. I wanted wine so I opened nice bottle of Coppola Chardonnay. Simple cheap and good.
