Dinner tonight was my first eye of round so I got a small one to try. I cooked it on my barrel grill off from the direct heat at around 275 degrees untill it hit about 125 internal temp, I rubbed it down with worechestershire sauce and my dry rub to start. Reverse shear with JB's special glaze sauce, I pulled it off the grill when internal meat temp was at 135 degress then foiled to rest for 30 mins and cut thin to serve.
It was a hit everybody enjoyed it. Pics

To All, Thanks for the replys.
It turned out really well for the first eye of round that I have cooked, cannt' see how I could make it better, so next time I will just do it up the same way and hope it's as good as this one.
