Found this turkey breast w-a-a-a-y back in the freezer, so I figured I'd better cook it up.

Sprinkled liberally with WRC under the skin


Cooked indirect in the kettle with lump and hunks of cherry and maple


Served with zucchini and tomatoes roasted with garlic, chopped onion, olive oil, and S&P. Topped with chopped basil and parm.

 
Beautiful meal!! After my latest cholesterol test and my prescription for Zocor, I WILL be eating more turkey now!

How did you like the Wolfe Rub Citrus on the turkey? I haven't tried it on turkey yet, but will soon!!!

I liked it a lot. Since the bird is so big relative to surface area, the flavor is very subtle. I liked that compared to an injected flavor enhancer.
