Grilled stuffed pork tenderloins & bok choy

Butterflied & pounded flat, chopped garlic, one with feta, one with swiss.


Cracked pepper and a little rub


Grilled diect, then indirect with maple and apple wood.


White wine sauce. Grilled bok choy with salt, pepper, & rub.

Thanks. I never tried it with the white wine sauce... Definitely a nice addition.
