Grilled Stuffed Loin Chops

Nice thick loin chops...stuffed with poultry stuffing with extra onion n bacon made by Dad. Some baby reds in oil, and Ranch dip mix. Some asparagus with just oil, and S&P.

Great Father's Day ..hanging out with my Dad...and family.

Forgot to mention .. on the outside of the chops were just EVOO, S&P, and fresh thyme.
