Grilled Salmon Burgers and Smokey Sweet Potato Fries

The next time you want a piece of salmon or a burger, give these a try.....you won't be disappointed. Fresh ground salmon and sweet potatoes.

Very nice. The best part of the video was the explanation of the use of the vents, this technique can be applied to cooking any sort of food. The videos have improved Larry, remember to KISS. Start with an intro of the food you are going to cook and what makes it good. Then how to prepare the grill, explain direct vs indirect and do it in :30 seconds. Remember that most people are beginners and you are helping them along, don't assume they know the basics.
