Tonight I grilled up some pork tender loins that were marinated in Oregon Marion Berry BBQ Grill & Glaze. It was a gift from my niece in Oregon and they marinated for about 2 hours before hitting the grill. We also had fresh Beats and beat greens and a nice green salad. Yes I used the gasser as I was running out of time.

Toby....Tenderloin looks great! Growing up, my grandmother cut pork tenderloin into fairly small pcs., covered with flour, seasoned and fried in iron skillet with lard. Served on her made from scratch buttermilk biscuits. Well that was the South then. Keep those cookin' pix comin'!

Goooood

Pork tenderloin and beet greens. What a fantastic combination. Like my greens with a little wine vinegar. Used to thin our beet row in the garden and have them as greens. Ask Scotty
