Grilled chicken, zucchini & peppers

No pics...but grilled some chicken breast with Wolfe Rub. Then did some zucchini and Anaheim peppers. They were the hottest Anaheims I had ever had.

Last weekend I grilled chicken that was marinated in a mojito simmer sauce. Turned out nice. I grilled something else...but can't remember now. Again, no pics.

OK! Here are the leftovers... Just a little late.


Peppers were grilled, skins removed, cut, and are in a vat of olive oil and white vinegar. They keep for a long time in the fridge.
