Sunday was good to me. Rubbed some chicken and it came out pretty good.

Rubbed with Knox's Yummy Chicken and grilled with a bit of hickory at the end.

Spinach and homemade potato salad on the side and a salad with some home made dressing. Indeed. The picture looks a bit dark but it was pretty dead on.

If I could pull that off every weekend it will be a good summer.

Hey Bryan next time try that Jonas brudders quick brine I posted on here the other day. Now is you was asleep during that time frame here tis:

1 gallon warm tap water
1/2 cup salt (we use januine meddertarian sea salt of course cuz we is upper crust:)
2 Heaping Tablespoons some World Famous Grand Prize Winning "Yummy Chicken" Rub from the Bryan Knox spice company. Mix it up and stick in the ice box 2 hrs. Drag it out rub and cook. Think that make that chicken set up and take notice. Sure did come out good on pork loin slices got to work on schicken too would seem like to me. I gallon would do 4 splits easy. Prob a big bag o quarters. Kindly repoat back with the results after the expuriment has been conducted:) Thanks.
